Ideal for mixing and blending applications, the Vortex® Roller Gate™ is designed specifically for handling dry material in gravity flow applications where a dust tight seal is required. This is achieved with "live loaded" wear compensating blade seals and nylon adjustable cam rollers. The blade seals are easily replaced without removing the valve from the processing line. The Vortex® Roller Gate™, available in a wide variety of configurations, can be applied to shut-off or meter the flow of fine and moderately abrasive powders and small to large granules or pellets.

Standard sizes 6" through 36" with an aluminum channel frame. Options include stainless steel construction, round to square inlet/outlet transitions, electric actuation, and seal access ports. Contact the factory for application specific information.
